This course offers a demonstration on a side of pork breakdown, a loin of beef breakdown and talk, followed by how to keep your knife sharp and how to trim and cook secret steaks.


Side of Pork – Butcher and take home

£170 per course

This course involves the entire breakdown of a side of pork for you to take home. This side of pork is cut and packed by yourself to take home. This course can be done on your own or as a couple.


Lamb – Butcher and take home

This course involves the entire breakdown of a lamb for you to take home. This course can be done on your own or as a couple. The lamb is cut and packed by yourself to take home.
