Apricot Stuffing

  1. Mix the ingredients together for enough stuffing to easily fill a pork loin for 8-10 people.


  • 200g dried apricots diced
  • 500g sausage meat
  • ½ red onion diced
  • Small bunch of fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
