Tandoori Marinade

Mixed together this is fantastic rubbed into skin on chicken fillets, then BBQ or cook quickly in a hot oven, served in pittas with a crisp salad and chunky mango chutney.


  • 1 tbsp tandoori paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds
  • Fresh chopped coriander
