Here at Surrey Hills Butchers we consider ourselves very traditional but also very modern. A strange sentence you may think. We have plenty of experience and respect for this knife skill trade and know all about old school cuts; however we also understand that the culinary world moves daily. There is always a reinvented dish or spin on classics, as well as new ideas on how to cook less well-known cuts. Our butchery is about careful selection, professional cutting and educating people on the meat they buy.
As a country we have become disconnected from meat… the nature of it… let’s change that.
